However, all advertising and commercial use is prohibited. Photo credit is required to be placed adjacent to any use of our photography.
Rights Granted: One time, non-exclusive reproduction rights to the images made available on the Clean Pix website by the MBCVB, solely for the uses and specifications indicated, and limited to the individual edition, volume series, show, event or the like contemplated for this specific transaction (unless otherwise indicated in writing). Photos are to be used solely for NON-COMMERCIAL purposes in promoting the Mobile Bay area and Alabama as a visitor and convention destination.
Terms of Loan: Unless otherwise noted, photo credits must read as "credit to Mobile Bay Convention & Visitors Bureau." It is requested that the user send the Mobile Bay CVB two free copies of the publication where the photo appeared.
