Hospitality Training & Professional Development: May 8-9, 2017
Visit Mobile is planning another round of exciting seminars in our hospitality training and professional development program for May 8-9, 2017. Two different seminars are being offered each day, at various times of the day, in order to give you every opportunity to attend and/or send your team. The seminars will take place at the Mobile Convention Center.
Seminar A: The How of WOW! Secrets Behind World Class Service will be offered Monday morning (May 8th, 8:30am - 11:30am) and Tuesday afternoon (May 9th, 1:00pm - 4pm).
Seminar B: The Thank You Economy: When Social Media, Customer Service and Human Nature Meet will be offered Monday afternoon (May 8th, 1:00pm - 4:00pm) and Tuesday morning (May 9th, 8:30am - 11:30am).
* Please note that space is limited. Once we have reached capacity, a waiting list will be maintained.
* No-shows will be charged.
* Limit 20 people per company, per session. (Any amount over that may be placed on the waiting list.)
Rita Suiter, Owner/Coach of FiveStar Customer Service Strategies, is returning to Mobile to present these two dynamic presentations. She has partnered with clients in 16 states and worked with a diverse group of companies and organizations. Rita has "coached" at all levels - from front-line staff to CEO's. She has been an instructor for the Southeast Tourism Society's Annual Marketing College, the premier educational program for the tourism industry in the Southeast, for 15 years. Rita has been called an "Edu-Tainer" due to her authentic, energetic and engaging style. She provides practical applications adding to a memorable and educational seminar experience.
