More Room to Roam with Drinks as Mobile Expands Entertainment Districts

Mobile’s downtown entertainment district got a lot bigger on Tuesday, after the Mobile City Council endorsed a boundary expansion that includes much of the city’s waterfront and along St. Louis Street.

The votes were unanimous. The move now allows patrons to drink alcoholic beverages outdoors as long as the beverages are contained within a 16-ounce cup purchased from inside a bar or restaurant. Read Full Article
