A Perfect Introduction

Our guide, Chris, and the local wildlife gave my friend and I a wonderful welcome to the Gulf! Chris gave us so much great info about a wide variety of topics related to the area and we took that with us as we continued to explore. Our fellow explorers were also a fun bunch; it was a great experience!

Great experience

Although we didn’t see any dolphins, the trip was well worth it and I would recommend it to anyone and would also do it again. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good equipment. Reasonably priced.

Surprise Treat

My 14yo came up with this idea, and it was a lot of fun. Jamie (?) took just the two of us on a sunset kayak tour and we learned a lot about the Tensaw Delta and local wildlife. Don’t confuse this with the boat tour, which is also available. That’s a 36 person tour boat that starts from the same dock. I highly recommend the kayak tour instead. It’s worth the extra cost, and not at all strenuous. We enjoyed learning about the local birds and insects, and even spotted a few alligators that saw us first.

Delta Wildlife Kayak Tour

Fun experience!

We loved our kayak experience! The guides were so patient and had great info of the wildlife. They did a great job of helping all levels of kayakers with a whole group lesson before starting. We took our 7 year old and she had a wonderful time and loved seeing the dolphins and different birds along the way. Thanks for the tour!!

Awesome awesome awesome.

Valerie was an excellent guide on our kayak trip! She was very knowledgeable and kept the group engaged with interesting facts and information along the way. We saw tons of wildlife and almost had a fish jump in the kayak. Thanks!!

Comfortable Morning Alabama Kayaking

Fabulous wildlife tour in the Ft Morgan stretch of the icw to Mobile Bay. Chris was a great guide, as full of humor as local and statewide knowledge. Tours like this are both relaxing and entertaining while vital to ecological awareness. The value for cost was superb. The pace was easy and not difficult even for first time kayakers. If you have the chance to do this tour, whether vacationing in Gulf Shores or an Alabama local, it’s well worth it. The dolphins, great blue herons, and bald eagles were magnificent in their natural habitats. Don’t miss out.
