The Land recently held a groundbreaking ceremony as the $72 million sports complex moves towards its goal of opening for outdoor sports events in Fall 2024. Indoor facilities are set to open in Spring 2025.
The Land is a premier sports, recreation and events complex offering a wide range of community amenities, including indoor sports and recreation facilities, versatile event spaces and an expansive outdoor area with multi-use fields and courts for various sports. Located in Saraland, Alabama, just 10 miles north of Mobile, the complex boasts 100 total acres and will house a 78,000 square-foot indoor facility on the property.
These state-of-the-art facilities will be ideal for sports teams, groups, leagues and more who are traveling to the Mobile area.
