Golf Itinerary
Alabama’s Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail is a collection of 468 holes of championship golf on 11 sites across the state. Named by Golf Digest as one of the top ten golf value destinations in America; Mobile is home to a golfer’s paradise with two stunningly beautiful, championship-quality courses along the trail!
DAY ONE
Magnolia Grove
It’s always tee time at Magnolia Grove! The topography at Magnolia Grove features creeks, marshland, and lakes with each of the 54 holes carved through indigenous hardwood and pine. Magnolia Grove was recently named one of the "Top 50 Public Courses" by Golf World Magazine readers.
Pro-tip: After your round, enjoy a bite to eat and libations on the clubhouse balcony overlooking the course.
DAY TWO
The Lakewood Club
Across Mobile Bay, you’ll find The Lakewood Club, a sparkling resort member of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. Rolling fairways and tight greens, spring fed lakes, meandering streams and stands of mature trees make the 36 holes of Lakewood both beautiful and challenging.
Pro-tip: After your round, head across the street to Bucky’s at the Grand Hotel Resort & Spa for a perfect ending to your coastal Alabama golf weekend!
If you have more time to spend in our area, consider playing any of the awesome public golf courses such as Heron Lakes, Azalea City, Rock Creek, Craft Farms, Kiva Dunes and more!
