Where can I park?

There are multiple parking options near the Saenger Theater. Various parking lots are located near the building and along Joachim Street. Street parking is also available nearby.

 

Can I use cash?

The Saenger Theater only authorizes cashless transactions. Debit and credit cards are required for all purchases.

What accessibility accommodations/features does the Saenger Theater have?

Due to the age of the building, the Saenger Theater does not have an elevator. Wheelchair seating is available upon request. In addition to purchasing a wheelchair accessible seat, a companion ticket must also be purchased. Does the Saenger Theater have a clear bag policy?

The Saenger Theater takes the safety of patrons, performers and staff seriously. Recently, a clear bag policy was enforced. One clear bag and clear clutch or purse is allotted per person. What time do doors open normally?

Doors open one hour before the beginning of the event.

 

Can I record my performance/event?

We understand wanting to take a piece of your experience home with you; however, recording or taking photos of the performance/event you’re attending is prohibited. Professional recording and photography can be allowed with the permission of management.

How many chandeliers are in the theater?

As luxe and glitzy as it gets! There are 13 beautiful chandeliers in the Saenger Theater.

 

Are children allowed?

Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the building during performances unless the performance is specifically intended for children.

 

Where can I pick up my will call tickets?

Will call tickets can be picked up at the Saenger Theater Box office 2 hours before showtime.
