4th of July Celebration at USS ALABAMA Battleship Memorial Park | July 4

Celebrate America’s 250th birthday at the USS ALABAMA Battleship Memorial Park. Live performances, food trucks, fireworks and tons of patriotic fun are on the schedule, so come to Mobile and make new memories set against Mobile Bay.

2026 Landing Event and Ancestor Festival | July 9-12

Honor the legacy of Africatown and the community that established it with the Clotilda Descendants Association at the Landing Events and Ancestor Festival. Celebrate unity and heritage throughout the weekend’s events.

Mob Music Fest | July 10-12

A free, three-day music festival? Count us in! Mob Music Fest is bringing various performers and genres to Cathedral Square. Will we see you there?

Bastille Day Celebration at The Frenchmen | July 12

Connect with Mobile’s French roots at The Frenchmen’s Bastille Day event. Savor authentic French bites, enjoy a showing of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast in French with English subtitles, listen to live music and more during this festive experience. 

 

Special America 250th GulfChat: The Revolution on the Gulf Coast | July 16

Learn all about the Gulf Coast’s role in the American Revolution during a special GulfChat at the National Maritime Museum of the Gulf. Local historians, John Sledge and Mike Bunn, will be leading this hour-long discussion.

 

Dauphin Street Vault | July 18

Dauphin Street Vault is one of our favorite summer moments to experience. Grab a drink and food from your favorite downtown restaurant and watch dozens of vaulters sail through the air on Dauphin Street.

Culture Fest | July 25

Reflection, community and heritage are the main inspirations behind this year’s Culture Fest. Held at Africatown Heritage House, this event will feature live entertainment, family-friendly activities and more.
