1 PM | FIRST TASTE

An exceptional culinary experience will be the reason you return — we promise! Take your first bite on Dauphin Street at one of the many divine dining options within walking distance of your charming hotel. 

2 PM | SEE THE SITES

Our city has many stories to tell. But, which one will you hear? Catch a guided tour to familiarize yourself with the city. Prefer to take on the city solo? No worries, throughout downtown Mobile, you will see beautiful historic architecture, fountains, our treasured live oaks and more! 

THE LoDa STROLL

Experience the history and culture of downtown Mobile’s Lower Dauphin Street Historic District. You’ll find some of the best shops, sips,and photo-op spots!

3 PM | ARTS & CULTURE

Art galleries galore! All within a few blocks of each other, you’ll discover many art galleries full of works from a variety of artists locally and around the world. 

4 PM | SHOP

Check out the several retail locations downtown. Take home a piece of Mobile from Bienville Souvenirs & Gifts or pick up a funky gift from the local start-up incubator Urban Emporium!

5 PM | CHEERS!

Enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail at POST where mixologists will wow you with original, fresh libations crafted to your liking.

10 AM | Dauphin Island

Grab a beach ball and your bathing suit and head just 45 minutes down the road to the Sunset Capital of Alabama: Dauphin Island. Splash in the waves and build giant castles in the sand or check out the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab and discover the beauty and wonders of the Mobile Estuary. After all, it’s the fourth largest estuary in the United States!

10 AM | Historic Mobile

No matter where you turn, history is right around the corner. Brush up on your trivia at the History Museum of Mobile, explore the battlegrounds of Colonial Fort Condé or walk the streets of our historic downtown on a guided tour. It’s no secret that Mobile is home to some of the most beautiful homes in the south. Find out for yourself by visiting one (or all) of our charming downtown and midtown historic districts.
