Son of a Sailor Festival - September 21
Calling all parrot heads! The inaugural Son of a Sailor Fest, A Sailor's Salute to Jimmy Buffet & Gulf Coast Music, will be taking over downtown Mobile in September. Pay tribute to Buffet's impact on our region's culture and music through live performances, parrot head costume contests, a second line parade and more! Son of a Sailor Fest is also free!

Alabama Coastal Bird Festival - October 4-6
Bird lovers flock to this festival every year! Did you know more than 370 bird species have been spotted along the Alabama coast? BirdFest guides lead attendees on boat and walking trips to some of the best birding spots in our area.
Dauphin Street Beer Festival - October 5
A fan favorite! Ticket holders will visit downtown taverns and restaurants to sample 56 different craft beers from all over the world.
