Sip, sip, hooray! Bellingrath Gardens & Home's annual spring festival, Beers & Blooms is returning for its 5th year on March 8, 2025. Sample various beers, listen to live performances from 3 amazing bands and wander through the beautiful blooms that surround the gardens from 12-4 p.m.

Boat Show on the Bay

Mobile Bay will be filled with boats galore during the 5th Annual Boat Show on the Bay at USS ALABAMA Battleship Memorial Park on April 4-6. In addition to the stunning views of the bay, live performances, delicious food and goods from local vendors will be available for guests to enjoy. Boat Show on the Bay is meant for the entire family to enjoy, so don’t forget to bring your little ones and furry friends! 

Delta Discovery Tours

This spring, explore the wild and vast waters of the Mobile-Tensaw Delta during a Delta Discovery Tour with Historic Blakeley State Park. Marvel at the different critters and plants that make the Mobile Bay the diverse habitat it is. NOTE: This cruise departs from the Bartram Landing at 5 Rivers Delta Resource Center.

April Walking Tours

Immerse yourself in the culture of Mobile while being surrounded by the city’s beauty. Every year, the Port City offers free walking tours that highlight the downtown area’s most iconic landmarks. Both residents and visitors are amazed by the rich history and hidden gems that give Mobile its luster. Stay tuned for the 2025 April Walking Tours line-up!  

Seward Farms Maze

Nothing screams outdoor fun like wandering through the winding 8-acre corn maze at Seward Farms. With nightly campfires and hay rides, Seward Farms has entertainment for guests of all ages. If you visit Seward Farms Maze on a Saturday, you might be lucky enough to catch Brad Pigg, Lean Cuisine and other farm piggies vying for first place during their race. 

Airboats

This dose of fun will truly keep you on the edge of your seat! Catch a thrill on the delta when taking a ride on the Airboat Express. Sneak peeks of the untamed flora, fauna and wildlife of Mobile while coasting through the largest wetland in the state. 

Excursions at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab

For a crab-solutely fun experience exploring the Gulf Coast’s marine life, the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab is the place to be. With a stingray touch pool, boardwalk and over 30 aquariums, this attraction is a true showcase of Mobile’s biodiversity. On your visit, add one of the lab’s hands-on excursions to your schedule. Learn about our local wetlands and meet some of its inhabitants under the guidance of the aquarium’s marine scientists, researchers, and students.
